“Last minute booking, old, rusty, dirty, felt unsafe. ”

“There was a pubic hair in my shower with the drain grate turned up and not in place upon arrival. The shower barely had any water pressure. I was on a first level room and it was incredibly noisy early in the morning as well as at night. The deadbolt latch to my door broke and fell off the door during my stay so I was only able to lock the door with one lock. I’ve stayed at this hotel before, but this stay was extremely disappointing.”

“Great staff! Great location! Sesame place was literally 5 minutes from the hotel. We stayed for two nights and the hotel was nice and clean. Will stay here again the next time we go to Sesame place!”

“I was actually surprised with how clean and maintained this hotel was after having had so many weird & unpleasant surprises show up in previous places no matter how good the reviews were. It looked like it recently renovated or updated and it was very clean.i normally wake up with bad sinus issues from lack of filter changes and dirty ac units in hotels ,but for the first time- that was not the case at all here. The staff was so friendly and pleasant . They also did not miss a beat cleaning....

“I do not recommend this hotel, it's old and outdated.Guests were awakened out of their sleep due to a fire alarm caused by a water leak. There were trash cans in the hallway near my room collecting water from the ceiling. Room was not clean.”
